We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit this website. See also the Terms of Use.

1. Scope and data collected

  • When you contact us by phone, Zalo or Messenger: the information you give us, such as your name, phone number or account, the content of your message and details about the display or device to be calibrated. The website has no contact form at the moment; if one is added, this policy will be updated to state exactly what the form collects.
  • Website usage data: pages viewed, time of visit, device and browser, approximate location, how you arrived, and taps on the contact buttons (see section 3).
  • The color test tool runs entirely in your browser: it reads your screen’s properties (resolution, color depth, color gamut) to show them to you, and does not send them to us.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries, take bookings, deliver our services and improve your experience.
  • For aggregate statistics: which pages are viewed, which contact buttons are used, and to optimize the site’s content and performance.

3. Cookies and measurement tools

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) is used to measure visits, and it is only loaded after you click “Agree” on the cookie bar at the bottom of the screen. If you decline or have not chosen, we measure nothing and set no Google Analytics cookie.
  • When you agree, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on this website: _ga (to distinguish users) and _ga_<id> (to keep the session state), each valid for 2 years by default.
  • Besides page views, we record an event when you tap a phone number, Zalo, Messenger or a directions link: the type of button, where on the page it is, the text on the button and the language of the page. We do not send your name, phone number or the content of your messages to Google Analytics.
  • You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. When you decline or withdraw consent, we switch measurement off and delete the Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is kept in your browser’s storage on your device for 12 months.
  • You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Disabling cookies may reduce some functionality.

4. Sharing data

  • We share data only with the service providers needed to run the website, and they are required to maintain confidentiality:
    • Cloudflare: hosts, delivers and protects the website; it processes the requests made to it, including IP address, browser type and time of visit.
    • Google: the Google Analytics measurement tool.
  • These providers may process data outside Vietnam.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage and security

  • Data is stored securely for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
  • Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data for 2 months; aggregated reports, which contain no personal data, may be kept longer.
  • We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your rights

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw your consent to measurement at any time through Cookie settings, and raise a complaint about how your data is processed. Please contact us to exercise any of these rights.

The website links to third-party services, for example Zalo, Facebook Messenger, Google Maps (directions) and Dropbox (the DisplayCAL software download). When you tap one, you leave our website and your data is handled under their policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website means you accept the revised version.
